Artists live and then tear pieces of themselves to put into music. With “PULS”, Holy Molly invites us to go through all the emotions alongside her, divided into four acts:
I. The Lie, II. The Fall and the Truth, III. Hope, IV. PULS.
The album features 10 tracks to feel, to dance to, but also to cry along with her. Each act tells a story and, when put together, it becomes a journey – from illusions and fragility to courage, rebirth, and the power to live and love again. “PULS” is not just music, it’s a confession, a raw and honest diary without masks.
“The time has come to release the project I’ve been working on for a year and a half. After so much time, the album ‘PULS’ is finally yours!
You’ve been with me during a phenomenal tour, you supported me while writing ‘PULS’, and gave me the courage to tear a part of myself and put it into songs.
From now on, you can live your own stories through it. This way, the circle will be complete, the chapter of this universal heart that pulses with every emotion will close ❤️,” says Holy Molly.

Connections that Give Life to “PULS”
“PULS” is not only about Holy Molly’s stories but also about the artistic encounters that give it greater depth. The album includes three special collaborations: “Camera mea” with Deliric, a story of vulnerability and safety nets; “Umbra ta”with Calinacho, filled with emotion and hope; and “Rugăciunea ta” with Satoshi, an intense track with an almost ritualistic energy. These collaborations add new layers and transform the album into a living dialogue between voices and styles.
Musically, the album shifts between heart-wrenching ballads and rhythms that lift you off your feet, building a universe where vulnerability and strength walk hand in hand. It is both an invitation to introspection and a release. A reminder that as long as you feel a “pulse”, you are still here and you can keep moving forward.
Holy Molly wrote the music and lyrics for this album alongside DARA (18 ani, Camera mea, Rugăciunea ta, PULS), Adrian Istrate (Poate, Vrei, PULS), Alexandru Turcu (Poate, Vrei, 18 ani, Interludiu, Camera mea, Umbra ta, Noi doi și restul lumii, Rugăciunea ta, PULS), Paul Iorga (Bine rău, 18 ani, Camera mea, Umbra ta, PULS), Bastien (Bine rău), Florian Rus (Noi doi și restul lumii), Bogdan Todor (Noi doi și restul lumii), Calinacho (Umbra ta), Deliric (Camera mea), Satoshi (Rugăciunea ta) and Laurențiu Mocanu (PULS).
The production of the tracks was handled by Alexandru Turcu (Poate, Vrei, 18 ani, Interludiu, Camera mea, Umbra ta, Noi doi și restul lumii, Rugăciunea ta, PULS) and Paul Iorga (Bine rău, 18 ani, Camera mea, Umbra ta, PULS).
