The Motáns’ First Symphonic Concert – emotion and orchestra at Sala Palatului, on February 25

The Motans announces his first 100% symphonic concert, a unique event that will take place on February 25 at Sala Palatului, also marking the artist’s first-ever production on this stage. The Motáns Symphonic brings to the audience the songs that have defined the artist’s journey, entirely reinterpreted in a symphonic format, alongside an orchestra.

“There were several moments when I performed the songs in different versions, and every time I heard them alongside an orchestra, I felt them come to life in a new way. And every single time, this thought stayed with me: that one day I would do a symphonic concert in Bucharest.

At first, I kept postponing it, like a snooze button you keep hitting when you have too much on your plate. Only instead of disappearing, it became more and more present. Until that feeling you know so well appeared: when you postpone something you truly wanted for too long and suddenly you want it now, right in this moment. Honestly, if I had found a free venue next week, I think I would have done it then. :))

The closest date was February 25, and with this occasion we are also checking off another first: the very first The Motáns concert at Sala Palatului.

I am extremely excited and can’t wait to show you what we have prepared.”

The Motáns Symphonic is designed as a complete musical experience, in which all songs are performed exclusively in symphonic versions. The audience will rediscover their favorite tracks in an emotionally amplified form, with special arrangements and a cinematic energy, created specifically for this one-of-a-kind evening.

The Motáns Symphonic is not just a concert, but an absolute premiere in the artist’s career, a meeting point between the pop universe and the power of symphonic music, in an iconic setting.

The Motans is one of the most successful artists in the Romanian music industry and beyond. Debuting in 2016 with the song “Tu”, the artist quickly reached the hearts of listeners through hits such as “Versus”, “Weekend”, “Poem”, “Jackpot”, “August” and “Înainte să ne fi născut”. All of these tracks, along with other successful releases, are featured on his three albums, My Gorgeous Drama Queen (2018), My Rhythm & Soul (2020) and Great Expectations, which have sold thousands of physical copies.

Notable as well are the collaborations he has released throughout his career with top artists, including INNA, Irina Rimes, Delia, Killa Fonic, EMAA and Deliric, contributing to the diversity and complexity of his musical repertoire. Recently, his collaboration with Andra for the song “Înapoi în viitor” created a strong reaction among fans and reached the Top 10 most played songs on radio, where it remained for nine weeks. In addition, the artist released “Regele Lumii”, a song embraced by his community and beyond, a collaboration with Tosh for “Tatuaje, Flori”, and the track “Rămâi cu bine”, which spent six weeks in the Top 10 Media Forest.

The year 2026 promises to be full of surprises and special events. Alongside preparations for his first 100% symphonic concert, The Motáns is also getting ready for a new Grand Concert in Chișinău, scheduled for February 14 at Chișinău Arena. Tickets are available here.

These events will offer audiences spectacular musical experiences, unique reinterpretations of beloved songs and the opportunity to feel the energy and emotion that The Motáns brings to every live performance.
