UNTOLD, the festival ranked 3rd in the world’s largest festivals, is preparing for the anniversary edition UNTOLD X, celebrating 10 years of memories, emotions, and legendary moments. The magical universe of music opens once again in Cluj-Napoca for the most spectacular UNTOLD edition so far, taking place between August 7 and 10.
The creators of UNTOLD present important details regarding event access, the payment system, and advise fans to choose the online Check-in and Top-up options to benefit from faster access into the magical universe of the festival.
Organizers emphasize that only fans registered through the Check-in form (online or on-site) can receive the festival wristband, based on a valid pass or day ticket with a barcode and an ID card.
Those who purchased multiple passes or tickets can also perform Check-in for their friends. If the pass or ticket holder wishes to transfer it to another person, they must select the Ticket Transfer option from their Check-in account and fill in the details of the person who will receive the ticket.
After successfully completing the online Check-in, fans can create their own Festival Wallet. Each participant can deposit money in advance for the festival by selecting the Online Top-up service. The loaded amount will be transferred and activated on the festival wristband at any Credit Point in the festival. This top-up method will also be available during the festival and can be accessed directly from the UNTOLD app on the phone.
The online Check-in procedure can be carried out before the festival opening. Fans who choose to do it on-site will pay a fee of 125 RON, and payment can only be made by card at dedicated payment points.
The organizers provide storage spaces located outside the festival, right next to the access point. Fans can rent a locker for all four days of the festival for 150 RON or for a single day for 50 RON.
Young people under 18 must have, in addition to their pass or ticket, an ID card and a document certifying parental consent, downloadable from the link:

Minors under 14 must be accompanied by a parent and hold a valid ticket. Access to the festival for minors under 14 is only permitted if they are accompanied by a parent/guardian. Children under 7 years old have free entry to the festival.

This wristband pick-up point is available for minors and persons over 18 years old who have General Access or VIPpasses with online Check-in.
Children under 7 years old have free access to the festival, but they must be accompanied by a parent. Those over 7 years old need a pass or a day ticket, plus the parental consent form completed and submitted at the pick-up point. Minors under 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian both for wristband collection and for festival access.

The payment system at UNTOLD is supported by Banca Transilvania and integrated with the access system to provide increased security for participants. Visa is the official card of the festival, and its users receive various benefits throughout the 4 days and 4 nights of fun. The festival wristband is made of recycled plastic (RPET).
To avoid crowding, the Online Top-up option is recommended.
Access Restrictions
Access to the festival is not allowed with: prohibited substances, alcohol, bottles (including perfume or deodorant bottles), baby bottles, umbrellas, flammable cosmetic products, backpacks or waist bags larger than 29 cm x 21 cm x 12 cm, cans, fireworks, lasers, sprays, knives, weapons, blunt objects, banners supported by sticks, chairs, chains, pyrotechnics, food or drinks, animals, professional photo or video equipment (including DSLR cameras with detachable lenses), or any objects that could harm other participants.

Access with medicines accompanied by a prescription, insulin, medical drops, and asthma inhalers is allowed only if the holders present a medical letter or an equivalent document and only in the maximum daily recommended quantity.
Due to strict rules regarding prohibited items, the security and monitoring personnel will thoroughly check each participant, and any prohibited items found during the inspection will be confiscated at the gate, with the organizer not being responsible for them.
The anniversary edition of UNTOLD, ranked 3rd in the world in the official Top 100 Festivals, will start on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 16:00. During all 4 days and 4 nights of fun, access to the festival will be possible between 16:00 – 05:00.
