In a recent outburst on Instagram, Kanye West has once again targeted Adidas, extending his criticisms to designer Jerry Lorenzo, the mind behind Fear of God. In a detailed post, West accused both Adidas and Lorenzo of manipulating search engine results to bury his YEEZY site and undermining his contributions to the fashion industry.
West expressed his frustrations with Adidas, a company he claims once froze his accounts: “You’re a $60 billion company that froze my accounts. Now I’m back on my feet (no pun intended), and I’m not going to stand for it. I did phenomenal work for you, and because I stood up for myself, you tried to intimidate and oppress me.”
The artist did not hold back on his views regarding Jerry Lorenzo either, labeling him as “corny and disloyal” and accusing him of copying his work: “I still showed up to his show, which was a copy of my Hollywood Bowl event, being the ‘bigger man,’ but I won’t do that again.”
In his fiery declaration, West proclaimed, “YEEZY over everything,” criticizing those who have exploited his influence to boost their own brands. He also shared that he has been developing ten new footwear designs over the past two years, promising a revolution in the industry.
