The H&M Studio AW25 collection is about finding connections in contrasting elements, from the heritage and modernism of São Paulo to the clear minimalism of Stockholm. The materials are envisioned in a brutalist style, while the structures are infused with the nostalgia of craftsmanship, highlighting the delicacy and precision of feminine silhouettes.
The H&M Studio AW25 collection will be available at the Băneasa Shopping City store and online at hm.com on September 25.
Through these connections, the H&M Studio AW25 collection embraces new possibilities to showcase the authenticity of materials – exposed linings, visible stitching and closures on dresses, knitwear, tights, and outerwear pieces. Raw edges, peplum details, draped backs, and accentuated zippers emphasize the careful construction of jackets, blouses, and trousers.
The key pieces of the collection range from structured to relaxed: a tailored masculine black blazer with a contrasting dark grey back panel, paired with a skirt in similar tones; a sequin skirt with mesh inserts; and long, straight trousers in black wool. The collection also proposes a brown denim set consisting of a jacket and jeans, an apron-style dress combined with a slip dress – which can also be worn separately – and a lightweight nylon jacket with a voluminous, balloon-like silhouette.
Materials such as wool, denim, and nylon are celebrated in their pure form. The color palette – with shades of brown, rust, navy, black, and concrete grey – references brutalist aesthetics, while accents of red, pink, blue, along with a vintage-inspired floral print, add a vibrant creative energy.
Accessories include dark brown leather Wader boots with heels and detachable buckles, a large soft burgundy leather bag, misty blue leather gloves, and statement ear cuffs.
“Complexity conquers difficulty in the Autumn-Winter 2025 collection, where we draw inspiration from the tropical brutalism of São Paulo and the minimalism of Stockholm to create strong silhouettes.
