VESCAN returns with another heartfelt song that will stay with us for a long time. This time, the artist teams up with Andrei Bănuță, who makes his presence felt through a warm, emotional chorus. VESCAN is a Romanian rap and hip-hop artist who made his debut in 2006. In 2016, he launched the X-session project, which included the song “Las-o” together with Florin Ristei, winning the “Summer Hill” trophy. He also released “Tic-Tac”, reaching the Romanian music charts with over 80 million views. In 2018, he released the second song from the album “Muzică sau nebunie” together with Raluka. In 2019, he launched the solo track “Muzică sau nebunie” and the successful collaboration with Mira for the song “Ce-o fi, o fi”. After a break of several years, Vescan returned in 2022 with the song “Iartă-mă lume” and with the hit “Colegi de apartament” alongside Eva Timush in 2023, a track that gathered over 45 million views in a very short time. Moreover, he made a strong impression together with Mira with the song “Alo, alo”, as well as alongside Olivia Addams for the track “Sătui de probleme”.
Andrei Bănuță is one of the most appreciated artists of his generation, each release strengthening his place among listeners’ favorites. Although he discovered his love for music in childhood, through vocal training and competitions, as well as the experiences he went through and his collaboration with Mattman Music, all contributed to shaping his musical identity, expressed through R&B and soul elements combined with pop accents. An artist of contrasts, he freely alternates deep, meaningful lyrics with vibrant, upbeat songs. In 2023, his successful collaboration with Andra for the song “Nu m-am gândit la despărțire” stayed for 19 weeks in the Top 10 Media Forest, even reaching the number one position. His collaboration with DOMINO for “Afară plouă” was present for 12 weeks in the Top 10 most played radio songs, reaching number 5. In addition, he collaborated with the well-known band Azur for the song “Suflet de bagabont”, which quickly entered YouTube trending, as well as with Andreea Bănică for the reinterpretation of the song “Ai greșit”. Moreover, the artist released a more extensive project together with Alessandra, the EP “Până la final și mai departe”, a successful collaboration with Theo Rose for the song “Cine, cine”, as well as a collaboration with GYA, “De la cer la pământ”, and the songs “Lasă-mă (Să Te Iubesc)”, “Portofel” and “Minune de femeie”. In addition, he released the song “Asta Este O Păpușă”, inspired by a social media trend. The song went viral instantly after release. Alongside his music career, Andrei is also the lead actor in the TV series “Groapa”, proving his versatility and artistic talent.
