- SPF 30–50 (every day).
Evening (3 steps)
- Remove makeup + cleanse.
- Treatment: Retinoid (3–5x/week) or BHA/AHA (1–3x/week).
- Moisturizer (ceramides/panthenol).
Weekly
- One hydrating or calming mask.
- Do not use acids and retinoids on the same night.
Adjust by season
- Winter: richer textures.
- Summer: lighter gels, reapply SPF.
By skin need
- Oily/combination: Niacinamide, BHA, gel moisturizer.
- Dry/sensitive: Cream cleanser, ceramides, mineral SPF.
- Dark spots: Vitamin C + Azelaic or Tranexamic acid.
- Acne-prone: BHA + Retinoid, non-comedogenic.
Lifestyle
- Sleep 7/8h, move daily, avoid smoking, limit alcohol.
