Only a few days remain until the first edition of Neversea Kapital, the hottest festival in Bucharest, taking place between July 4–6 at the National Arena.
Tens of thousands of fans will enjoy sets by top DJs such as Paul Kalkbrenner, Axwell, Lost Frequencies, John Summit, Don Diablo, R3hab, Salvatore Ganacci, Mëstiza, Alok, Charlotte de Witte, Deborah de Luca, Nina Kraviz, Korolova, as well as shows by the freshest urban artists, unique experiences, and special moments.
Mainstage, The Ark, and Temple are the three main stages of the festival, and there are also partner music spots where you can discover the freshest DJs.
The organizers have prepared the access flow to the festival and recommend reading the information below for a smooth experience regarding entry, check-in, and top-up processes.
Payment, Check-In & Access System – Neversea Kapital 2025
All those who purchased passes for the festival are kindly asked by the organizers to register through the check-in process. Check-in can be done online or offline (on location), but the latter will require a fee of €25/ticket.
Organizers emphasize that only fans registered through the Check-in form (online or on site) can receive a festival wristband, based on a valid pass or one-day ticket with a valid barcode and ID card.
Minors under 18 must also bring a parental consent form along with their ticket and ID. The form can be downloaded from:

Minors under 14 must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by a parent for both wristband collection and festival entry. Access for minors under 7 is allowed only if accompanied by a parent and is recommended before 7:00 PM.
Access for minors aged 7–14 is only permitted with a valid ticket and in the company of a parent. One parent can accompany only one minor under 14.
Tickets and wristbands are nominal and non-transferable.

THE FESTIVAL OPENS DAILY AT 4:00 PM
Entry to the festival is allowed on July 4, 5, and 6 starting at 4:00 PM. Wristbands can be collected daily until 4:00 AM, and festival entry is possible until 5:00 AM.
Organizers recommend wearing light clothing, using sunscreen, and staying hydrated during the event. They also advise checking the list of permitted items to avoid having objects confiscated by security at entry.
Prohibited items include: illegal substances, alcohol, flammable materials, bottles (including perfume or deodorant bottles), baby bottles, umbrellas, cosmetics (sunscreen is allowed), backpacks or fanny packs larger than 29cm x 21cm x 12cm, canned food, fireworks, lasers, sprays, knives, weapons, blunt objects, banners with poles, chairs, chains, pyrotechnics, food or drinks, animals, professional photo or video cameras, including any DSLR or removable lens equipment, or any objects that could cause harm.

TOP-UP & REFUND
The payment system at Neversea is provided with the support of Raiffeisen Bank, the Official Bank of the Festival, and is integrated with the access system for greater safety and convenience.
All payments at the festival will be made exclusively using the festival wristband. Cash or direct card payments will not be accepted by vendors.
Wristbands can be loaded with funds through the top-up process, linked to each guest’s check-in account. Top-up can be done online (from the online check-in account – recommended by organizers) or on site, at CreditPoint zones within the festival, using cash or card.
Online refund option is only available for amounts loaded online through the online top-up process. Each attendee can choose what to do with the remaining funds on their wristband: request a refund or donate them to support the social cause “Public Hospitals from Private Money.”
The refund/donation request is made from the same Check-in account where the online top-up was performed.
Online refund opens on July 9 (Wednesday) at 12:00 PM and is available until July 14 (Monday) at 10:00 AM.
Attendees who performed top-up at the festival can request a refund on-site at the CreditPoint booths during the eventor on Monday, July 7, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM at the Ticketing Point.
