Bucharest will host a brand-new large-scale project signed by the creators of UNTOLD and NEVERSEA — two of the world’s most acclaimed festival brands. Seeing an opportunity to bring a major festival to the capital, the organizers have signed a collaboration protocol with the City Hall of Bucharest. As a result, the first edition of Neversea Kapital will take place at the National Arena between July 4–6, 2025.
This summer, fans of top-tier entertainment will enjoy three unforgettable days and nights at Neversea Kapital, a festival that brings the magic and energy of Europe’s most beloved beach festival right into the heart of the capital. The 2025 edition will serve as a transition year, with the festival evolving in 2026 into a new standalone concept: KAPITAL Festival — aiming to become a major player alongside UNTOLD on the global festival map.
The inaugural edition of Neversea Kapital will deliver:

Neversea Kapital is the first major event organized by UNTOLD UNIVERSE in Romania’s capital.
