After six spectacular editions and hundreds of thousands of fans who have experienced the beauty of sunsets and sunrises on the beach, Neversea Festival organizers have announced that the 7th edition of the event will take place in 2026, in Constanța, Romania.
Why 2025 Was Put on Hold
The decision to postpone the 2025 edition comes after the organizers and local authorities were unable to identify a beach sector that was free of commercial contracts and met the high standards and unique concept fans have come to expect.
Modern Beach, the festival’s home in recent years, has increasingly been allocated through public tenders to beach bars and sunbed rental businesses. This has significantly impacted the space available for the event each year, and in recent months, further key sectors have been auctioned off, making it impossible to host the festival in its current format.
Local Authorities Promise Support
Costin Răsăuțeanu, Deputy Mayor of Constanța, has pledged his support to help resolve the issue and work with the organizers to secure a suitable beach location that meets both legal and logistical standards required for an international festival.

Several new potential locations are already being reviewed together with the Neversea team, and organizers remain optimistic that the 2026 edition will mark a fresh new chapter for the festival.

In the coming weeks, fans who purchased early bird passes for Neversea 2025 will receive an email with multiple options on how to use or exchange their tickets.
