ORGANIZERS WILL ANNOUNCE THE FESTIVAL DATES AND THE FIRST CONFIRMED NAMES ON DECEMBER 15
Massif, the first major event organized in a mountain resort in Central and Eastern Europe, is preparing its third edition in 2026.
Together with the Brașov City Hall, the organizers aim to turn Massif into an unforgettable experience for mountain and entertainment lovers. On December 15, Massif fans will be able to find out the festival dates for 2026, as well as the first confirmed names.
“For the third edition of Massif Winter Festival, we have officially started the countdown.
On December 15, we will announce the new format of the festival, the first confirmed acts, and the creative direction that will define the next chapter of the Massif concept. After two editions that consolidated the festival’s position in Poiana Brașov and demonstrated the potential of this project in the mountain entertainment area, we continue the evolution of the brand through an extended vision: Massif will take place at the end of the 2025–2026 winter season in a multi-weekend format, with a special production, unique in Romania, unprecedented in the festival industry. We want to offer both the local community and the international audience a truly innovative mountain entertainment experience, at global standards,” said Bogdan Rădulescu, Co-Founder of UNTOLD Universe.

“I was glad to learn that the Massif organizers want to continue this story in Poiana Brașov, a beautiful story that can become a successful one. As I told the Massif organizers in our discussion a few days ago, we are fully open and interested in a partnership for organizing this festival. I believe their ideas are interesting, and I am looking forward to the details of the new festival format, so that Romania’s most important mountain resort can offer the best experience of this kind.” Dan Ghiță, Deputy Mayor of Brașov.
Massif is a hub of entertainment for winter sports enthusiasts and festival atmosphere lovers, which has gathered over 81,000 fans of music, fun, and the mountains in Poiana Brașov across its two festival editions.
The first edition of Massif brought over 38,000 fans during the three days of shows and live concerts in Poiana Brașov, while the second edition gathered more than 43,000 festival-goers. Romanian and international artists such as Mahmut Orhan, Shimza, Dimitri Vegas, Claptone, and Gordo energized the atmosphere at the stages set at the base of the slope and at partner après-ski venues.
