H&M, the global fashion leader with a strong presence in Romania, announces the reopening of its store in Promenada Mall Bucharest on May 29. Starting at 10:00 AM, customers are invited to explore the specially designed space that reflects the brand’s new direction.
Present in Promenada Mall since 2013, the H&M store welcomes customers into a completely reimagined space spanning 2,170 square meters. The updated look features dedicated departments for women, men, and children, and introduces a first for this location: the H&M Home section – a dedicated area for home décor and accessories.
New design and smart options for a perfect shopping experience
The new design concept brings added sophistication to the space, combining varied textures, contemporary details, and lighting that highlights the in-store collections. Everything is built around a more efficient and enjoyable shopping experience, with discreet integration of technical solutions that support the customer journey in-store.
Among the new features is Click & Collect, which allows customers to place online orders and pick them up directly from the store. Additionally, technical systems have been implemented to ensure greater inventory accuracy, faster in-store product location, and more efficient restocking from the warehouse to the sales floor. All these improvements contribute to a more pleasant and connected shopping experience tailored to the needs of the modern consumer.
A new department added: H&M Home
The H&M store in Promenada Mall becomes the third in the country to host the dedicated H&M Home section. The collections include classic essentials as well as the latest trends, with concepts divided into different rooms: living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and children’s room. H&M Home allows interior design lovers to create a personal and modern space – a place that feels like home.
A sweet reopening: H&M x Berliner Donuts
To celebrate this occasion, H&M has prepared a sweet surprise for customers in partnership with Berliner Donuts. The first 700 members visiting the store on reopening day will receive a free coffee along with a special treat created by the Berliner Donuts bakery. To mark the moment, a unique flavor was developed in collaboration with H&M: white chocolate and raspberry.
