When and Where is Electric Castle 2024?

Electric Castle 2024 will take place from July 17 to 21 at the magnificent Bánffy Castle in Bontida, Cluj County. This historic site will transform into a universe of electronic music, alternative rock, and impressive shows, all set in a fairytale atmosphere.

What’s the Line-up for Electric Castle 2024?

The organizers have prepared an exceptional line-up to satisfy all musical tastes.

“We have headliners for EC 2024 like Massive Attack, Queens of The Stone Age, and we look forward to bowing before the stage to the legend Josh Homme, then Bring Me The Horizon for the third time at the festival, but we must say that there is never enough BMTH at EC and Chase and Status in a live setup, which is extraordinary for them. They perform in this format once every 5-6 years. For drum and bass lovers, this is a calendar-worthy event! Of course, there are many, many other artists. We have several dozen artists,” said Renate Roca-Rozenberg, PR Electric Castle, in December 2023.

Electric Castle debuts on July 17 with Reel Party by BT & DJ Yoda, a concept enthusiastically received in previous editions. On Thursday, July 18, the festival will vibrate with Afro, techno, drum and bass, and metal rhythms with Rema, Kungs, Bonobo, Apashe & The Brass Orchestra, and Cavalera.

Friday, July 19, will be marked by shows from Bring Me The Horizon, Paolo Nutini, and Nina Kraviz. The weekend is reserved for legends: Massive Attack and Queens of The Stone Age will be live on Saturday, July 20, along with Chase and Status, Khruangbin, and Marc Rebillet.

The day of July 21 will feature Sean Paul’s dancehall style and Palaye Royale, who will fascinate with their fashion-art rock style. Sevdaliza, Kenya Grace, and Todd Terje will also be performing on the last day of EC 10.
