Born from a spontaneous studio session with Swedish-Iranian producer Ilya Salmanzadeh (known for his work with Ariana Grande, Charli XCX, Ellie Goulding, and Sam Smith), Azizam is the result of Ed’s relentless curiosity. Fascinated by the surprising similarities between Persian traditional music and Irish folk, Ed has woven both influences into a vibrant pop track like only he can. The result? A sensory explosion, a hedonistic invitation to live in the moment, “between the dancing lights,” all the way until sunrise.
