This fall, Touch Magazine launches its highly anticipated cover, featuring Andrei Bănuță, Majii, and Zodier—three rising stars who represent the new wave of music with their fearless approach to artistry. Shot in a stunning vineyard at the end of summer, just before the start of harvest season, the cover sets the perfect tone for autumn, a time of abundance and fruition. As the vines hang heavy with grapes, ready for harvest, these gifted artists are on the cusp of their own breakthrough, their talent ripening after years of dedication and growth.
Draped in rugged denim and cowboy boots, the trio embodies the spirit of modern cowboys—bold, rebellious, and independent. The vineyard’s earthy tones, sun-drenched fields, and rustic barns create a rich contrast to their stylized looks, grounding them in a world where raw talent and hard work meet. Their effortless attitude, combined with an undeniable magnetism, sets them apart as trailblazers ready to leave their mark.
But there’s a deeper story behind this cover: Andrei, Majii, and Zodier are portrayed as three brothers, each with his own unique path, yet united by a shared creative spirit. Just like their music, each brother brings something distinct to the group. Much like the end of summer, a time of transition and ripening, this cover signifies a moment of reaping the rewards of their creative labor. Their sound, like the season, is full of richness and depth, ready to be savored. This is more than a cover—it’s a statement of what’s to come, for three brothers whose bond is as strong as their individual talents, standing together at the brink of their greatest moment.
Andrei Bănuță is one of the most highly regarded artists of his generation, with each song he releases further cementing his place in the listeners’ hearts. Although he discovered his love for music at a young age, his participation at singing lessons in local vocal classes and competitions, along with the experiences he has gone through, have all shaped his musical identity. His creations blend R&B and soul elements with pop influences, reflecting his multifaceted personality. An artist of contrasts, he isn’t afraid to alternate between deep, meaningful lyrics and vibrant, uplifting melodies. Over the years, Andrei has also enjoyed successful collaborations with renowned names like ANDRA, Matteo, Azur, and Andreea Bănică, all these releases solidifying his status on the Romanian music scene. His songwriting set him apart as a gifted young artist, his voice conveying impactful emotions. One of his latest endeavors includes acting, having landed a significant role in one of the most major series on Romanian television.
Majii is a project founded in 2018 that encourages entertainment and art in all their forms and colors. Majii does not confine itself to a single artistic expression or musical style, as its ultimate goal is to dissolve all kinds of labels, alongside providing a complete audio-visual experience. Over the years, Majii has explored and gained expertise in songwriting, production, screenwriting, and directing. The core of the project lies in the themes addressed in the songs and the metamorphic nature of their performance. The artistic forms used as communication channels for the concept are diverse, ranging from lyrics, music, and performance to painting, fashion design, and, not least, translating the “film” into music videos. Majii gained notoriety on TikTok, where it also established the Majiivers – MajiiMultivers concept through videos exploring various musical styles, from pop and trap to metal and manele, alongside artists such as Alina Eremia, AMI, Iijam, Nicole Cherry, and Iuly Neamțu.
Zodier discovered his passion for music at the age of 10 when his mother bought him a guitar from the local supermarket. He taught himself to play the instrument and, a few years later, began performing on the streets of Timișoara with the aim of bringing at least a little light to the faces of passersby. Influenced by artists such as Ed Sheeran, Eric Clapton, Post Malone, and The Motans, he started writing his own lyrics and sent them to The Motans via social media. Shortly after, he was invited by them to participate in a series of sessions, where he worked with prominent producers such as Marci & Sebi (INNA, Carla’s Dreams, The Motans, Irina Rimes), Alexandru Turcu (Carla’s Dreams, Irina Rimes, Alina Eremia), and Emanuel Masson (Carla’s Dreams, EMAA, Erika Isac).
