On Friday, May 30, the Alba Carolina Citadel hosted a special edition of the project “The Table That Unites”, a symbolic event that brought together approximately 200 journalists, content creators, local leaders, and representatives of the involved partners through special activations.

Organized under the theme “The Values That Bring Us Together”, the event was conceived as a pre-promotion edition of the most ambitious community initiative of the year: to set a new Guinness World Record for “the largest table in the world” on September 13, 2025, in the Alba Carolina Citadel. The goal is to seat 10,000 people at the table, and attract over 50,000 spectators from across the country to witness the event on-site.

In a symbolic setting within the citadel walls, near the Check-in La Vizitiu Restaurant, guests sat at a table over 30 meters long, outdoors, to celebrate unity, dialogue, and the rediscovery of shared values in a social context marked by polarization and fragmentation.

Andreea Esca, ambassador of this edition, was present throughout the entire event, bringing her energy and contributing to a warm and meaningful atmosphere. She delivered messages about belonging, roots, hospitality, and the importance of sharing a table together.
