Your story can become your ticket to UNTOLD. Through Joy Ticket, fans can apply for a festival ticket by contributing the amount they can truly afford, or can nominate a loved one who deserves to experience the magic of UNTOLD.
There are people who dream for years of making it to UNTOLD. People who watch every aftermovie, save every lineup, imagine what it would be like to be in front of the stage, alongside friends, under the festival lights. People who say “maybe next year” too many times, but who never truly give up on their dream.
For them, UNTOLD launches Joy Ticket, an initiative created for those who carry the festival in their hearts, but for whom the price of a ticket can be a barrier. Under the message “A ticket paid with dreams. Your story can take you to UNTOLD.”, Joy Ticket gives fans the chance to reach the festival through a mechanism based on sincerity, story and the contribution each person can truly afford.
Joy Ticket is an invitation addressed to those who feel their place is at UNTOLD and who have a sincere story to tell. Every person can apply for themselves or can nominate someone dear: a friend, a family member or a person who deserves to experience UNTOLD, but who might never ask for this for themselves.
Through Joy Ticket, applicants are invited to share why they want to reach the festival and to choose the amount they can honestly pay for a ticket. The minimum contribution is 40 euros, however the amount chosen does not guarantee the approval of the application. What matters is the story, the authenticity and the sincerity behind each application.

The stories are carefully analysed, taking into consideration the reason why the festival matters to those who apply, their personal circumstances and the contribution they say they can sustain.
In the event that a story impresses the UNTOLD team, the applicant may receive a Joy Ticket free of charge, fully covered by the festival, regardless of the amount initially selected.
Joy Ticket is open to all those who wish to reach UNTOLD, regardless of where they come from or how much they can afford to pay. Applicants can complete the dedicated form, share their story or the story of the person they are nominating, and submit the contribution they consider appropriate for their situation.
The process is simple and transparent. The applicant tells their story, chooses the contribution they can sustain, and the UNTOLD team analyses each application.
Joy Ticket is more than a ticket. It is a chance for those who have dreamed of being there, for those who have imagined the moment they first walk through the festival gates, for those who feel that four days of music, freedom and emotion can become a memory they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. UNTOLD takes place between 6–9 August in Cluj-Napoca. Fans can enjoy the shows of over 200 artists including STING, Zara Larsson, Lewis Capaldi, Flo-Rida, The Chainsmokers, Kygo, Carl Cox and many others.
