Tosh was born in Moldova and, as he says himself, grew up surrounded by beats, late-night thoughts, and far too much overthinking. The Motans is one of the most successful artists in the Romanian music industry and beyond. Debuting in 2016 with the song “Tu,” the artist quickly won the hearts of the public with hits such as “Versus,” “Weekend,” “Poem,” “Jackpot,” “August,” and “Înainte să ne fi născut.” All these songs, along with other successful releases, are included on his three albums: My Gorgeous Drama Queen (2018), My Rhythm & Soul (2020), and Great Expectations, which have sold thousands of physical copies. Also worth noting are his collaborations throughout his career with top artists, including INNA, Irina Rimes, Delia, Killa Fonic, EMAA, and Deliric, contributing to the diversity and complexity of his musical repertoire. Recently, his collaboration with Andra for the song “Înapoi în viitor” created a sensation among fans and reached the Top 10 most-played songs on the radio, where it remained for 9 weeks. Moreover, the artist released the song “Regele Lumii,” which is becoming increasingly beloved by his community and beyond.
