UNTOLD OPENS A NEW ERA – TICKETS FOR UNTOLD 2026 AVAILABLE STARTING AUGUST 9

The anniversary edition of UNTOLD X, one of the biggest festivals in the world, kicked off on Thursday night with over 110,000 fans from more than 100 countries. The first day brought top international artists to the Mainstage, shows created especially for this moment, comebacks from names tied to the festival’s history, and a world premiere presented exclusively at Cluj-Arena.

On the opening night, the Mainstage became the place where music, spectacular productions, and the fans’ energy marked the start of the anniversary edition.

DON DIABLO – WORLD PREMIERE AT UNTOLD X

One of the most spectacular shows came from Don Diablo. The Dutch artist chose UNTOLD X to exclusively present his new show concept, created for the 2026 global tour. For this night, the Mainstage set-up was specially customized: the DJ desk was placed on the catwalk, closer to the fans, and the entire performance was built with unreleased tracks, adapted visuals, and moments of direct interaction with the audience.

“Romania, I love you. UNTOLD, thank you!” said Don Diablo in Romanian at the end of his set – a moment met with applause and energy from the entire Cluj-Arena.

RAG’N’BONE MAN DELIVERED AN IMPRESSIVE LIVE SHOW ON THE MAINSTAGE

Rag’n’Bone Man arrived at Cluj-Arena for the first time and offered one of the most powerful live moments of UNTOLD X’s first day. Accompanied by his band, the British artist delivered a show built on authenticity, with hits such as “Human”, “Skin”, and “Giant”, performed with an energy that went beyond the stage and reached the fans directly. His performance put his unmistakable voice and genuine stage presence in the spotlight – elements that kept the audience’s attention from start to finish.

TUJAMO – EMOTIONAL TRIBUTE TO AVICII AND A SURPRISE MESSAGE FOR THE FANS

Tujamo has been part of the UNTOLD story since the very first edition, and at UNTOLD X he returned to the Mainstage with a set created especially for the anniversary edition. His set began with beats that instantly lifted tens of thousands of hands in the air and continued to build in intensity with fan favorites and drops that kept the Cluj-Arena energy high.

One of the most emotional moments was the tribute to Avicii, who headlined the festival’s first edition in 2015. Images of the Swedish artist were projected on the Mainstage screens, and fans applauded for a long time in homage to one of the most respected producers in electronic music.

After this touching moment, Tujamo brought the energy back and surprised the audience with the “CLUJAMO” message displayed on the Mainstage – a simple wordplay but full of meaning for the Romanian fans, who reacted instantly. His set continued with direct interaction with the crowd, smiles, and short but enthusiastic remarks. At the end, Tujamo told fans he would return to UNTOLD anytime, without negotiation – proof that his connection with this festival goes beyond music.

TIËSTO DELIVERED AN EXTENDED SET THAT UNITED GENERATIONS OF FANS

For his second appearance on the UNTOLD stage, Tiësto performed an extended set designed especially for this anniversary edition. From tracks that made history in electronic music – “Traffic”, “Silence”, “Love Comes Again” – to productions dominating global playlists, Tiësto built a set full of energy. The performance was supported by a well-crafted visual show and offered fans an authentic mix between memories and the present.

The first night of UNTOLD X also brought emotion and authenticity from two of the most appreciated Romanian artists of the moment: Minelli and Rareș. Minelli opened the live performances with a special show for the fans, while Rareș continued the vibe with the hit “Cel mai fericit”, sung together with tens of thousands of fans. Both artists shared the same message: UNTOLD is home, and the Mainstage remains a place where Romanian music always finds its voice.

From the messages of love and gratitude brought by Sam Garrett – both on the Mainstage and in the intimate Soul Circle stage – to the set by German artist Topic, the first day of UNTOLD X offered memorable shows. The Mainstage experience was completed by Partydul Kiss FM.

Artists from the Galaxy, Alchemy, Daydreaming, Fortune, Time, Tram, and Retro stages gathered tens of thousands of fans on the first day of UNTOLD.

ALCHEMY AND GALAXY STAGES

The Alchemy stage was created especially for fans of rap, trap, breakbeat, or dubstep. Ian, Yny Sebi, Oscar, Wilkinson, Petre Ștefan, Marco Glass & BVCOVIA lit up one of the most loved stages of the festival.

UNTOLD offers musical diversity at every edition, and the underground techno culture has its own stage. On the first day, the Galaxy stage featured some of the biggest names in underground culture: Black Coffee alongside Nusha, Arapu b2b Priku, and Marwan Dua.

TONIGHT’S HIGHLIGHTS

Tonight, the UNTOLD Mainstage will host the most anticipated live show of the edition with one of the most influential artists of the 21st century – Post Malone. The European leg of The Big Ass Tour will debut tonight at Cluj-Arena.

Armin van Buuren, Delia, Bad & Boujee, and the band Altar will also excite fans at Cluj-Arena on the second day of the festival. A surprise moment will also be offered by the organizers tonight.
