From zero to over one million bookings: Notino connects online with more than 7,000 salons across Europe

Notino, the largest beauty and health e-shop in Europe, marks a new strategic success: the Salons by Notino service has surpassed the milestone of one million bookings made through the platform. Today, more than 7,000 partner salons across five European countries use this system, generating an average of 100,000 bookings per month.

Launched as a natural extension of Notino’s digital ecosystem, Salons by Notino connects online product sales with offline beauty and wellness services, giving customers the ability to book appointments quickly and easily directly on the Notino website or app. The project started from zero, with no partner salons, and scaled rapidly to a regional level.

“We wanted from the very beginning to create a space where the customer could find not only their favorite perfume, but also a hair stylist, a beautician or a massage nearby, with instant booking in just a few clicks. Reaching one million reservations confirms that this vision works,” says Kryštof Staněk, Chief Partnership Officer at Notino.

Accelerated growth and regional scaling

Currently, Salons by Notino is active in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria, connecting over one million customers with an extensive network of verified salons. October 2025 was a record month, with 130,000 bookings, while the number of partner salons continues to grow steadily, at an average rate of 4% per month.

This rapid growth has been supported by significant marketing investments and by integrating the service into a platform already used daily by millions of consumers.

Through the Notino Partner service, salons benefit free of charge from a complete digital management system: online visibility, appointment and customer management, as well as access to marketing support and a professional community. Everything in one place, simple and efficient.

“We started using Notino Partner about three years ago, and what attracted us was access to a large, trusted platform. For clients, booking is extremely simple, and for us it’s an efficient way to stay organized. It quickly became part of our daily routine. Digitalization saves you time, gives you control and presents a more professional image. The fact that clients can book online and even join a waiting list is a huge advantage. I would never go back to a classic paper agenda,” says Gabriela Luntraru, founder of Lash Academy.

Expansion plans

Looking ahead, Notino aims to strengthen its position in existing markets and expand Salons by Notino into other European countries. The short-term objective is to double the number of monthly bookings, while in the long term, the company plans to become a European leader not only in beauty and health product retail, but also in the digital intermediation of services within this sector.
