Sibiu, July 19
The second day of Feeric Fashion Week brought to the public an impressive diversity of concepts and artistic expressions, showcased in unique locations throughout Sibiu and its surroundings.
In a setting steeped in history, the courtyard of the Evangelical Church in Cisnădie hosted the day’s first presentations. The collective collection of the Technical University of Moldova offered a profound artistic vision, inspired by themes such as femininity, solitude, astral archetypes, and the reinterpretation of the poem “Luceafărul,” highlighting decorative refinement and creative combinations of materials. Next came the collection “Obedience in Fragments” by Blanka Gotić, inspired by the symbolism of the Mormon religious community, using fabrics like poplin, transparent textiles, and natural rope to shape a poetic reflection on faith and feminine identity.
At Feeric Venue, six collections transformed the runway into a genuine platform for messages about transformation, sustainability, and diversity. Galala University presented “Transformation,” a collection where emotions, paintings, and fairy tales become wearable art, through cotton, linen, and velvet processed with innovative techniques. University Donja Gorica, in partnership with Arizona State University, introduced “Unknown Nature,” with pieces made from recycled denim, evoking abstract and unexpected shapes. The National Academy of Art Sofia impressed with “Symbiosis,” an interdisciplinary dialogue between art and science, featuring zero waste pieces inspired by biodiversity. Ioulia Louvari proposed “Heterogeneity,” a collection celebrating inclusion and uniqueness through diverse textures and harmonious contrasts. The University of Oradea showcased “Error,” an exploration of post-human silhouettes, generous volumes, and industrial materials, while Notre Dame University Louaize concluded with “Prism Thinking,” a powerful collection about resilience, illustrated through sculpted corsets and contrasting fabrics.
Around the pool at Baia Populară, Viktor Spasov presented the collection “NOCTERA” for VERÈDIA, a new concept of “power dressing” that blends authority with delicacy through black velvet, fluid organza, and precious details. The brand Dualitae, created by Alina Lazariu, highlighted the timeless symbol of the white shirt with “The Quiet Icon,” proving that simplicity can be the most powerful style statement. Baia Populară in Sibiu, inaugurated in 1904 in the Jugendstil style, was unique in the Austro-Hungarian Empire for its innovative health and relaxation services and quickly became a renowned sanatorium. Recently restored with an investment of over 20 million lei, it now combines historical charm with modern facilities, becoming a landmark spa and wellness center for locals and tourists alike.
The evening concluded on the rooftop terrace of Promenada Sibiu, offering a spectacular view of the city. The collection “SYNERGIA 2025” by Promenada Sibiu x Raluca Elena Cînean, titled “Summer is Calling,” captured the essence of summer through lightweight fabrics, pastel tones, and sea inspired details. Comfort and elegance intertwine in these creations, marking a new beginning for the brand, focused on simplicity, identity, and freedom.

Individual presentations take place today at the Boromir Factory and the Sibiu Municipal Stadium, and at 9 PM all eyes will turn to Piața Huet, where the Feeric Fashion Week Gala will unfold.
