BOSS Spring Summer 25: A new era of corporate fashion

BOSS continues to redefine corporate attire with its Spring Summer 25 collection, unveiled at the historic Palazzo del Senato in Milan. This latest presentation moves away from the rigid formality of traditional business wear, focusing on self-expression and comfort. Themed “Out of Office,” the collection introduces a fresh, relaxed take on professional fashion, offering a wardrobe that allows for personal style while still maintaining sophistication.

Set in a tranquil, greenery-filled courtyard, the runway symbolized a break from conventional office norms. The lush setting contrasted with the structured world of corporate dress, showcasing a vision where style is more fluid and adaptable. BOSS’s Creative Director, Marco Falcioni, described the collection as one that prioritizes softer silhouettes and lighter fabrics, moving away from the rigidity of traditional suits. The three-button jackets featured are made to gently mold to the wearer, eliminating stiff structures like shoulder pads.

For the first time, the BOSS runway incorporated sporty elements, from yoga mats to tennis racket bags, blurring the lines between workwear and leisurewear. Pajama-inspired pieces and relaxed tailoring further emphasized this shift. In menswear, shirts with drawstring hems and deconstructed silk jackets took center stage, while womenswear featured elegant draping and wrapped designs. Footwear highlighted comfort, with low-profile sneakers and Italian leather slides, complemented by soft-structured briefcases and sports-inspired bags.

The collection’s palette was calm and understated, featuring shades of navy, light blue, earthy browns, whites, blacks, and soft greens. This relaxed color scheme aligned with the collection’s overarching theme of freedom and individuality in professional attire. The event drew a celebrity crowd, with stars like David Beckham, Taylor Fritz, and Matteo Berrettini sitting front row, adding to the buzz surrounding the collection.
