The company estimates a year-end at the same level, with a slight increase, despite the economic context marked by customer caution and postponed investment decisions.

The company, specialized in the import and integration of premium furniture from Italy, concluded by October 76 contracts, with an average value of €25,000 per project. The average budget for the complete furnishing of a two-room apartment, with an area of approximately 60 square meters, stands at around €35,000, ranging between €20,000 for projects intended for rental and over €35,000 for end customers who opt for a high degree of customization.
Internal analysis shows that the B2C segment, represented by individuals, remains dominant, but the share of B2B projects, carried out together with real estate developers and residential complexes, is increasing. These collaborations bring volume, predictability, and operational efficiency through integrated full-furnishing packages, tailored to the requirements of each project.
The average execution time for a complete project is 8-12 weeks, a timeframe that includes the design phase, orders to Italian factories, transport, and final installation. The premium and customized furniture market in Romania is estimated at several hundred million euros annually, with growth of 10 – 15% in the “custom made” furniture segment. In the medium term, of three to five years, stable demand is expected in the high-end area, fueled by the professionalization of developers and the maturation of the premium consumer, who seeks complete solutions, without logistical risks and with local warranty.
