Lenovo has been included, for the first time, in TIME’s ranking of the World’s Best Companies in 2026, ranking 51st globally, among companies from around the world.
The ranking, produced by TIME in partnership with Statista, recognizes the best-performing companies globally, based on three main criteria: employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability transparency. Lenovo obtained an overall score of 87.51 points, and its growth performance was classified in the “Very High” category.
Beyond these evaluation criteria, TIME noted that Lenovo’s inclusion in the ranking was supported by the expansion of its AI server business and the growing demand for the physical infrastructure needed to develop artificial intelligence. This progress is also reflected in the company’s financial results: fiscal year 2025/2026 was the best in Lenovo’s history, with annual revenue of $83.1 billion. At the same time, Lenovo’s revenue from AI-based solutions doubled year-over-year and accounted for 33% of the group’s revenue for the full 2025/2026 fiscal year, highlighting AI’s role as Lenovo’s main growth driver.
Lenovo’s inclusion in this ranking reflects the company’s steady progress in implementing its growth strategy, while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience and responsible business practices. The company’s sustainability commitment also contributed to this recognition. In fiscal year 2025/2026, Lenovo completed the first generation of long-term ESG key performance indicators, which supported the progress of the company’s ESG strategy over the past five years. In its most recent ESG report, Lenovo introduced a new set of ESG key performance indicators and targets for 2030, designed to guide the next stage of the company’s ESG priorities.
TIME’s World’s Best Companies 2026 study represents a comprehensive analysis of company performance, based on three main dimensions: employee satisfaction, measured through survey responses collected from over 200,000 employees worldwide; revenue growth, assessed based on companies’ performance over the past three years; and sustainability transparency, analyzed through several key performance indicators that, together, form a complex ESG index.
