Rockstadt Extreme Fest and Jazz in the Park announce the launch of a joint pass, available in a limited edition, which offers full access to both festivals. The initiative marks the beginning of a public collaboration between two of the strongest festival brands in Romania and proposes a simple yet bold idea: musical differences can become bridges, not boundaries.
The joint pass is an invitation to crossing over, to curiosity and to experimentation. The audience is encouraged to step outside the familiar zone and discover two different energies within the same festival season, two types of communities and two distinct ways of experiencing live music.

About Jazz in the Park
Founded in Cluj Napoca in 2013, Jazz in the Park is a festival that aims to redefine public or forgotten spaces, while promoting jazz music in all its forms. The 14th edition of the festival will take place on June 5 to 7, in the Romulus Vuia Ethnographic Park and promises over 40 concerts with artists from more than 15 countries, such as Lisa Simone, Nik Bärtsch, Marcos Valle and Venna, ranging from classic jazz to funk projects, oriental jazz and everything in between.

In its 13 years of existence, Jazz in the Park has brought over 500 artists to Cluj, and has also had an important social impact. Through the Jazz in the Park fund, the organizers have donated over 100,000 EUR to the community. It was the festival that first introduced reusable cups and it currently organizes the most important competition for young bands in this part of Europe. The festival’s activity has brought the organizers 7 finals at the European Festival Awards and the Best Small Festival in Europe award in 2019.
The festival has a limited capacity of 7,000 people per day, and at present more than 3,500 passes have been sold.
