From today until 12 July, Romania’s capital officially joins the global Mercedes-Benz Studios initiative, a brand experience format that brings together product presentations, design, innovation, culture and direct interaction with the public. Hosted at MARe/Museum of Art (Bd. Primăverii 15), on levels 0 and 3, Mercedes-Benz Studio Bucharest proposes an experience created especially for the Romanian public, in the context of the “140 Years of Innovation” anniversary.
The concept includes an exhibition dedicated to the evolution of Mercedes-Benz, from the first automobile patented by Carl Benz to the brand’s newest models and technologies.
Under the motto “Welcome Home”, the space will bring together workshops, creative ateliers, private events, public activations, activities for parents and children, presentations and test drives of new models and interaction sessions with Mercedes-Benz consultants.
The programme is built around three major thematic directions: Design, Innovation and Performance. These reflect Mercedes-Benz’s key values and the way the brand continues to redefine mobility, through a constant dialogue between aesthetics, technology, safety and the driving experience. Each of the three directions will be explored through a series of activations, meetings and experiences dedicated to both the general public and communities interested in design, urban culture, motorsport, sustainable mobility and innovation.
The first two weeks propose a varied programme that transforms Mercedes-Benz Studio Bucharest into an open space for exploration and interaction. On the basis of a digital passport, obtained through online registration (on the website) or in person (directly at reception), the public benefits from free access to the museum’s exhibitions, road safety workshops for children, Formula 1 watch parties, terrace evenings with DJ sets, as well as film screenings. Last but not least, on the 3rd floor, the public will enjoy an immersive experience in the 140-year history of Mercedes-Benz. Thus, the experience goes beyond the scope of a traditional exhibition and becomes a meeting point between the Mercedes-Benz universe and the Bucharest public, in a format that combines education, entertainment and the discovery of the newest perspectives on mobility.
Visitors, through prior registration (on the website) or on-site at reception, are expected at events open to the general public starting Wednesday, 3 June.

Mercedes-Benz Studio Bucharest brings the brand’s heritage back into focus in a modern and accessible way, inviting visitors to explore the story of Mercedes-Benz’s 140 years of innovation through a programme adapted to the local public.
In addition to the exhibition dedicated to 140 years of innovation, the programme will include presentations of new models and events to be announced subsequently. Through this format, Mercedes-Benz Studio Bucharest becomes a meeting point between the brand’s heritage and the mobility of the future, in an urban, cultural and public-facing setting.
